The Website content, including descriptions of potential savings, indicative paybacks, case studies and pricing, is general information about our Services. It is not advice for your specific circumstances, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Savings figures shown on the Website are modelled estimates or the results of other organisations' projects and are identified as such; your outcomes depend on your sites, contracts and behaviour.

Case studies shown on the Website that are attributed to a third-party organisation describe that organisation's projects for its own customers, reproduced with permission. They are not Arcadigm customer results.

You must not:

• use the Website unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, portal, or related systems
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download Website content or data, including by automated means, except for ordinary search engine indexing
• introduce malicious code or interfere with the Website's operation

You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our Services. The Website links to third-party websites (for example third-party case studies and the app.arcadigm.com.au portal sign-in). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
