What is the free Initial Opportunity Report?
A free first look at where your site may be wasting money: a summary of key improvement areas, indicative capex-free savings, and indicative solar and battery opportunities. There is no payment obligation and no commitment to subscribe.
How do you get my electricity data?
You upload a NEM12 file, or you authorise us to request it from your electricity retailer on your behalf. There is no new hardware, no site visit and no paperwork. See the NEM12 data guide for the detail.
Do I have to subscribe after the free report?
No. The free report shows whether we can help. You only move to a paid subscription if there is a savings case worth acting on.
What do the paid plans cost?
Platform is $100 per site per month, Energy Assist is $200 per site per month, and the optional Monitor add-on is $100 per site per month. All prices include GST, and paid subscriptions have a 12-month minimum support period. See pricing for the full comparison.
Do you sell electricity or take commissions from retailers?
No. We do not sell electricity, and we never accept commissions or referral fees from electricity retailers. Our only remuneration for contract advice and switching is your subscription, so our recommendations are independent.
Can you switch my electricity contract for me?
Under an Energy Assist subscription, yes. We act only on your specific instruction and under your written authority, and we present the options and the basis for our recommendation before you commit.
What is the Monitor add-on?
Near-live monitoring and behavioural analytics for your sites: anomaly alerts, drift notifications and operational insights when your electricity use changes. It is delivered with a specialist monitoring partner that analyses your data on our behalf.
How do you calculate my emissions?
We match each half hour of your consumption against the grid generation mix at the time you actually used the power, instead of applying an annual average factor. The result is a time-based emissions estimate built from your actual usage, and it changes when you shift load, add solar or a battery, or reduce waste.
Is my data secure and private?
Your account and energy data is stored in Australia and treated as confidential. We use it only to provide the Services, and we do not sell it. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
